JUST LIKE A DOCTORS’ NEED FOR A CORRECT DIAGNOSIS BEFORE PRESCRIBING MEDICATION, PROPER TRAINING PROCESS STARTS WITH AN EXCELLENT NEED ANALYSIS OF THE CUSTOMER AND THE PARTICIPANT. THEN, CONTENT AND METHOD ARE DESIGNED ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENTS.

As birAN consulting, we are aware that development is a long process and we know how important it is in this process to prescribe the correct medication. Keeping this in mind, we start our training with the proper analysis of our participants’ needs and follow it throughout the process. Therefore, our programmes consist of not only one-time 2-day activities but long-running processes with pre-studies and follow-up works.

Changing a behaviour requires a consistent work of 6 months, a lot of practice and dedication. Therefore, in addition to a lot of training and simulation, we use different methods that address different learning styles in order to speed up the process.

Especially in the recent period, we prefer to provide training in which creative activities, storytelling in training and flipchart visualisations (facilitation methods) instead PowerPoint presentations.  Thus we ensure that the attention of our participants are on the “moment” and create messages lasting in memory.
